'Sangeet Bhojpuri' is launching new program titled 'Lathmaar' starting from 17 th October 2009 onwards. Lathmaar is an anchor based half hour show where the character himself is called as ' Lathmaar '. He carries a stereotypical North Indian ( Bhaiya ) look. Sitting comfortably on the Chai Stall with the Lathi in his hand & a Gamcha around his neck, he interacts with the audience in a very hilarious fashion. He is a character who likes to boast a lot about him & comment on every possible topic. He plays Bhojpuri Hit tracks for the audience so that they can groove along with him in between his funny & comic situations.

Lathmaar will be seen chatting with famous Bhojpuri film artists, directors, producers & many more on every Saturday. This won't just be another celebrity talk show but the one in which Lathmaar will continuously pull the celeb's leg & reveal to the audience unknown & unseen incidents related to the invited celebrity.

A person can place their requests, questions, queries, doubts and dedications by making a call to 58888 909 & person's reply would be given by none other than our Lathmaar once the program is on air.
